Planned Pairings

At Born Wild, every pairing is thoughtfully planned with health, temperament, genetics and breed type at the forefront. All of our breeding animals are vet checked and undergo DNA and genetic health testing through Wisdom Panel or Embark before being considered for breeding, helping us make informed decisions when selecting and pairing our animals. All of our breeding cats are DNA tested clear for PRA-b (Bengal Progressive Retinal Atrophy) and PK-Def (Pyruvate Kinase Deficiency). We carefully consider the qualities of both parents, with the aim of producing healthy, well-rounded puppies and kittens with wonderful temperaments and the distinctive characteristics of their breed.

Below you’ll find our planned pairings for 2026, along with an indication of the colours and markings, coat types, and traits we may expect from each litter. As with nature, genetics can always surprise us, so anticipated colours and characteristics cannot be guaranteed. Timing of litters will vary and cannot be accurately predicted this far in advance. All litters are subject to change.
